From October 21 to 30, Antonia Sant’Andrea hosts a dedicated display for 7 For All Mankind, the Los Angeles-founded brand established in 2000. FW26-27 marks the first collection by Creative Director Nicola Brognano, bringing together five years in Paris, his experience in Los Angeles and an Italian tailoring background. Denim takes center stage in a collection where practicality meets structure through contrasting proportions: fitted pieces and oversized volumes, soft knitwear, and jackets and coats with rounded, retro-inspired shoulders.
The collection places a strong focus on materials and treatments. Crafted in Italy from Egyptian cotton, the fabrics feature vintage-effect pigment finishes that contrast light bases with colored surfaces. The check pattern is digitally printed, then finished with a transparent layer applied by hand and pressed to achieve a glossy effect. Sheep leather jackets undergo treatments that selectively remove color, revealing the shades beneath.
Italian wool tailoring defines precisely constructed jackets and coats, while silk, georgette and satin shape fluid dresses enhanced by bows and sculptural ruching. Oversized bags, over-the-knee boots, pumps and platform mules complete the collection.
The season is accompanied by the In the City, Off Duty campaign, starring brand ambassador Chloë Sevigny. Photographed by Marili Andre and styled by Haley Wollens, the campaign captures Sevigny across New York interiors and streets after dark, amid blurred lights and nocturnal atmospheres.
