LEMAIRE INTRODUCES OBJETS SENTEUR

From April 22 to May 6, Antonia Sant’Andrea hosts Objets Senteur by LEMAIRE, a collection of five olfactory objects reflecting on the relationship between craftsmanship, scent, and the home.
Pomme, Emboîtage, Wood Link, and Lavender Cushion are conceived for domestic spaces, with a particular focus on areas dedicated to clothing. Fragrance is approached as a material, while the containers in clay, wood, linen, and cotton are designed to be refilled over time.
Pomme and Emboîtage were created in collaboration with the legacy of Annie Fourmanoir, a French ceramist and sculptor who spent over fifty years exploring the tension between form, texture, and glaze. Pomme, crafted in chamotte clay with simple, rounded contours, houses Cardamome Terre, a fresh, spicy fragrance with warm woody notes that evoke the atmosphere of a kitchen. Emboîtage, a ceramic composed of three interlocking elements, contains Bois d’Ombre, dark, smoky, and meditative, and presents itself as a quiet presence in dialogue with nature.
The remaining two
objects follow the same artisanal approach, applied to the rituals of dressing. Wood Link, crafted in cedar with a naturally resinous scent, offers moth-repellent properties. Lavender Cushion, made from cotton crêpe and filled with fir wood shavings, diffuses a lavender fragrance with subtle herbal nuances, ideal for refreshing garments.
Objets Senteur by LEMAIRE is available in a dedicated corner within the womenswear space on Via Sant’Andrea.
