A NEW SURREALISM: GRIMES FOR DION LEE

Medieval sci-fi energy is the mood of the campaign that brings together Australian designer Dion Lee and multi-hyphenated musician and artist Grimes in a mystic icy landscape, lensed by Bryan Huynh. With red-rimmed eyes, a moon-white complexion and flowy white hair, Grimes plays a sci-fi heroine,; exploring a newfound extended world of her upcoming album, Book I, in a handful of key looks: sculptural tailoring, lattice fishnet skirts, iridescent silicone lace, and even posing nude in a pearl harness. Creating an immaculate yet futuristic monochromatic look, the color palette is mostly pearl white. Suspended between reality and virtuality, this alien-looking star certainly knows how to impress with her uniquely irreverent antics, and music, of course.;
