Marking the first of a string of collaborations between Pitti Uomo and top international retailers, #GOLDMANIAC is a special project featuring limited-edition iconic pieces curated by the creative force of Antonia. The color? Gold, of course. Showcased in a temporary space developed by artist JoAnn Tan, the capsule collection is produced by a number of exhibitors showing at Pitti Uomo 88. From gold sunglasses by Spektre to gold-trimmed K-Way windbreakers, from flashy sneakers by Del Toro to iPhone covers by 2Me, it’s time to catch the gold fever. And still, special gold Heineken beer bottles will flash up your hot summer moments. After Pitti, the collection will be available at Excelsior Milano. “GOLDMANIAC stems from different yet integrated realties and their desire to realize cool projects, moving installations, temporary shops, artistic visions and super iconic products. These projects are in line with the times and serve to stimulate buyers and brands,” says Maurizio Purificato of Antonia.
