Levi’s and Sacai present the new collab, a meeting point between denim craftsmanship and the hybrid, sophisticated approach of the Japanese brand.
Chitose Abe reimagines Levi’s iconic pieces, deconstructing and reconstructing them with her unmistakable stylistic code: a versatile collection with a hybrid aesthetic that embraces clean silhouettes and a refined essentialism.
The men’s capsule features two colourways of the reversible blouson, indigo x black or blue x khaki, crafted from sacai’s signature materials and defined by unique details such as sleeve pockets and zippers. Inside each blouson lies a Type II jacket, complete with central pleats and chest pockets, finished with subtle binding at the cuffs and hem. Rounding out the collection is the Denim Levi’s x sacai: ultra-wide, baggy jeans with an innovative seven-pocket construction, paired with a reversible co-branded belt in denim and grosgrain.
The collaboration is brought to life in a campaign shot by Craig McDean, featuring Chase Sui Wonders and Chandler Frye, evoking the rebellious spirit of James Dean through the perfect synthesis of Levi’s heritage and sacai’s innovation.
