From September 15 to 23, Antonia Sant’Andrea exclusively presents Mugler re/edit, a limited-edition capsule celebrating fifty years of boundary-pushing creativity.
Inspired by the maison’s historic archives, the 24 looks revisit Manfred Thierry Mugler’s iconic prêt-à-porter and haute couture pieces from 1985–2000. Three signature codes define the collection - Sculptural Tailoring, Lingerie as Outerwear, and Red Carpet - reinterpreted for today.
Sculptural Tailoring channels power dressing with structured shoulders, cinched waists, and architectural lines. Lingerie as Outerwear captures Mugler’s ’90s signature with slip dresses, sheer textures, and satin corsetry. Red Carpet merges Mugler’s legendary runway moments with the spirit of Old Hollywood - corseted gowns, embroidered tulle and iridescent faux fur.
Mugler’s re/edit visual narrative features Sharon Stone, photographed through a voyeuristic lens that echoes the maison’s visual heritage, from 90’s thriller moods to the iconic imagery of Guy Bourdin and Helmut Newton.
