New Balance and Tokyo Design Studio unveil the MT10T V1, the latest evolution of the iconic Minimus and a refined exploration of the intersection between performance and style.
Offered in two exclusive colorways, Angora with Moonbeam and Black with Dockside, the new MT10T V1 reinterprets the language of luxury sportswear through a fresh, contemporary lens.
Echoing the philosophical essence of the original Minimus, the MT10T V1 reimagines natural movement with a hybrid silhouette, part slip-on, part Mary Jane, part ballet flat, and a meticulously crafted construction. The upper is made from smooth leather with a nubuck finish, while the leather collar enhances both comfort and durability. Unlined, the design embraces a minimalist approach, creating a second-skin feel that naturally conforms to the foot.
A Vibram® sole with rounded, multi-directional lugs turns the shoe into a design object, while the rubber paramudguard lends an industrial touch.
Particular attention is drawn to the decorative toggle lace, a functional element elevated into a refined, jewel-like detail.
