THE BRIONI TAKEOVER

From October 14 to 22, Antonia Brera hosts Brioni’s FW26-27 collection with a dedicated takeover and an exclusive event on the evening of October 15.

The collection draws from an imagined Grand Tour through some of the Maison’s most cherished Italian destinations. Each setting defines a distinct mood, translated into a versatile wardrobe with an inherently soft attitude.

Brioni’s signature codes are reinterpreted through cashmere, vicuña, wool, silk and cotton. The palette moves from warm sunset and Roman stone tones to aubergine, antique pink, peacock green, burgundy and blueberry, alongside a range of greys.

Formal and informal elements come together throughout the collection: the office suit is paired with a military jacket and knitted tie, Prince of Wales checks move into casual dressing, while tailoring and denim intersect. The wardrobe includes double-breasted suits and separates, styled with shirts or lightweight cashmere layers and softly cut trousers.

For winter, reversible coats in solid colors and checks, down jackets and substantial cardigans are designed for sophisticated layering. Suede and deerskin blousons feature raw edges finished by hand with color. The Mountain Capsule combines technical constructions with materials including Baby Lacaune and Technical Cashmere. Evening dressing brings together tuxedos and double-layer jackets in mélange-effect micro-sequins, velvet and jacquard.

The collection is completed by bags in fine leathers, defined by a distinctive octagonal shape with rounded edges, alongside Goodyear-welted footwear.

Light is the defining element of the installation. Light frames create contemporary compositions around the garments, while an industrial-material display case illuminated by neon showcases the Maison’s craftsmanship and expertise. A video wall brings the Brioni world and its products into motion.
