Founded by Colombian designer Monika Silva, the Amsterdam-based brand Gauge81 is a hot, fast-rising name that seamlessly blurs the line between evening and casual, interpreting sexy for daytime. Feminine down to the last stitch, Gauge81 is a study in contrasts infused with retro references that are at once familiar and completely unexpected. Mini dresses rule in snake-effect faux leather, draped and asymmetrical or cut as a double-breasted blazer in fuchsia satin.
