REMO RUFFINI'S ARCHIVE ACQUIRES STAKE IN ATTICO

Archive srl, an investment company controlled by Moncler’s chairman and CEO Remo Ruffini, has acquired a 49 percent stake in Attico, the buzzy women’s wear company founded by Gilda Ambrosio and Giorgia Tordini. Archive’s mission is to support and sustain interesting, fledgling and trailblazing new brands across the board, from fashion to hospitality to food & beverage, propelling their growth and evolution. Launched in 2016 by top Italian influencers Ambrosio and Tordini, Attico, the Italian for penthouse, combines different aesthetics and a desire to push the boundaries of couture with standout pieces inspired by the classic “peignoir” yet reimagined to be seen and flaunted.
