SAINT LAURENT REINTRODUCES COUTURE

The Haute Couture atelier of the venerable French maison will once again be in full swing. Over a decade since its founder Yves Saint Laurent presented his last couture show in 2002, the house has announced it has created two ateliers, one for men and one for women inside its 17th-century mansion, Hôtel de Sénecterre.
Here, the seamstresses will create exquisite handmade creations for celebrities and clients. The enterprise is overseen by Hedi Slimane, who assumed is role as creative director in 2012.
