Adidas and Bad Bunny unveil the BadBo 1.0 in white, the Puerto Rican artist’s first signature sneaker, conceived as an emblem of pride and of the boundless possibilities that emerge from a connection to one’s roots.
Defined by a clean design, the style stands out for its nubuck upper and hairy teasel suede, paired with an EVA midsole and a translucent rubber outsole. At the core of the construction is the BadBo logo, a star that recalls the symbol of the Puerto Rican flag. The total white palette reflects the philosophy behind the “I’m Everything” campaign, an exploration of identity that rejects a single definition while preserving the freedom to imagine without limits.
The shoe made its official debut on Sunday, February 8, during the Super Bowl LX halftime show at Levi’s Stadium. Taking the stage in a total white look, Bad Bunny wore the BadBo 1.0 in a performance that followed his recent appearance at the Grammy Awards and echoed the intensity of his landmark residency “NO ME QUIERO IR DE AQUÍ”, a project that evolved into a statement of identity and culture.
