The recipients of the data collected following consultation of some of the services listed above are the following subjects designated, pursuant to Article 28 of the Regulation, as data controllers:

- ATELIER S.R.L., as a provider of development, delivery and operational management services of Antonia's management SW;
- S’NCE GROUP SAGL, in relation to the management of social accounts.
The personal data collected is furthermore treated by staff of Antonia on the basis of specific instructions related to purposes and methods of the treatment in question.

TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA TO THIRD COUNTRIES

The data collected will be stored in Italy (EU) and will not be transferred / stored in third countries outside the EU.

PERIOD OF STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA

The data collected will be kept for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which the data were collected, until revocation and / or exercise of the rights of the interested parties and, in any case, in accordance with the regulations in force on the subject. The interested party has the right to ask the Data Controller at any time for cancellation, limitation of processing, opposition to their treatment.
Marketing purposes: until consent is revoked and in any case no later than 24 months.
Purpose of managing orders, purchases and issuing invoices: 10 years.

AUTOMATED PROCESSES

The personal data of the interested parties will not be processed through automated processes for profiling purposes.

RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTIES

The interested party has the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of the same data and to know its content and origin, verify its accuracy or request its integration or updating, or correction, the right to revoke the consent expressed as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority.
